Room size, huge windows, plenty of light, comfortable bed and pillows, clean shower and toilet.

My flight was late. I had communicated that I would be a late check in and paid for this facility. I was not given my room on arrival and still charged. I explained that I had send messages and it was communicated back that this was all ok. But when i arrived they would not accept the messages from BOOKING.COM

The location was central. The room was big enough for 3 adults. The beds were comfy. The small kitchen was well equipped. As an Irish person, I appreciated the kettle and tea bags.

Window was hard to open and it is connected to another rooms which is uncomfortable for privacy. Kitchen didn’t have accessories while there was heater to cook but we didn’t even have pan to cook. We had plates and spoons but no sponge to clean those dishes. We couldn’t even put our drinks open anywhere because red ants would appear out of nowhere and i am not talking about 3-4 ants but there were a lot. As soon as we came in for check in. The staff was nice not gonna lie but there was strong smell of weed (so not friendly family place). The sound proofing is really bad. Almost at 11 at night there were people with car (in property itself) and they were talking and making noises a lot. It is understandable that not everyone can follow the rules but sound proofing should be good in this case. But no … the proofing was really bad. The same night we couldnt sleep because we could hear someone else’s snoring from another room. The life smelled really bad as someone didn’t clean it for months. I live myself in Mechelen and i think this was the worst one i have ever experienced. About pictures.. after seeing your review on google I think i dont need to share pictures about what im talking about.

Big room, a kitchen.

The entire stay was comfortable and in a good location. However, it would have been better if the bathroom had been cleaner. Otherwise, for one night, the room was fine.

There were ants in the kitchen.
