Modern and unpretentious but exceptionally clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped 2nd floor apartment in a block with a lift. Larger than it looks, it would comfortably house 2 sets of guests (subject to bathroom-sharing appetite) or one for a long stay. High quality equipment, a beautiful bathroom with the WC separate, fluffy towels, tasteful decoration, really well-equipped kitchen, good lighting & heating, a big sofa and dining table. Thoughtful recommendations from the host for sights and visits. Really thoughtful extras - no cheesy basket of goodies, but instead plenty of washing up materials, coffee & tea, plus useful things like bikes and umbrellas for guests, and 2 USB chargers provided in each bedroom. Beds were enormous and comfortable. Plenty of cupboard space. Supermarket is 2 mins' away and the apartment is on the main pedestrian shopping street. Bedrooms, being at the back, were quiet. Good washing and ironing equipment provided (though we did not use it) and there was a secure basement garage where we stabled our bikes. Friendly and helpful owner who showed us round the apartment and (importantly) the common areas and parking access. Situated right by the town hall square and cathedral so really convenient. Intelligently and generously provided in every way - all round excellent.

Yes this apartment has all the obvious comforts you need for a amazing stay: comfy beds, spacious rooms, luxurious bathroom and amazing kitchen with all appliances. But its the little extra that made this apartment from a 8 or 9 into a 10, its the little things to show you that the owners really care about a good and comfy stay: phone chargers provided next to the bed, enough fresh linnen and towels on the house, amazing christmass decorations for the holidays, extra appliances like a toaster, smart and super fast Internet, (electric) candles everywhere, amazing lights on every ceiling, complementary coffee and tea and even q-tips and cottons provided in the bathroom. Enjoyed all the comforts, we will come back!

Koen was a great host. He welcomed us and showed the property. The apartment is fantastic, big, bright and really clean. The kitchen has all you need, included the coffee machine and the coffee capsules. We needed a washing machine because we were travelling all the week and the one in the apartment saved us. There is also a Bluetooth speaker. We really felt like home. The location is in the city centre. We parked in the buildings garage and the elevator helped us to move all our stuff from the car. There is also a supermarket 2minutes away.

The mattress did not fully meet the expectations of one of us. A towel holder in the toilet would be handy. The door to one bedroom was very creaky .

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and I loved how it was decorated with Christmas-themed decorations, adding a festive touch that made my stay feel even more special. All the essential equipment and utilities were provided, from kitchen tools to toiletries, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out, however, was the owner. He was incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to offer helpful advice or assistance whenever needed. Overall, this property exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay.
