I booked a room and when I arrived at the place they had no rooms available, they were all dirty.

Overall, it was a good stay. However, when you are full, do not cancel the booked appointments.

The staff were excellent and the location was very convenient. The price was excellent.

The hotel cancelled DAY OF.

They called the morning of my trip to tell me they had to cancel the reservation I made two weeks prior. In top of that, I continue to receive emails about eating my stay when I didn’t even get to have one. If someone makes a reservation, don’t cancel on them DAY OF because you failed to ensure you had the space.

WORSE PLACE TO STAY

THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE. Manager, manager assistant, all the front desk ladies, all of them they were really rude. They don’t know how to work with customers. They don’t make you feel like a guest. Their attitude was really uncomfortable and inappropriate. When I arrived, they didn’t want to check me in because of my service dog and also charged me for my service dog multiple times. They basically overcharged me because even when I told them there was a fee online in the booking reservation they said that’s not their regular fee and they have to charge more money than that. Absolutely ridiculous. The whole place smells HORRIBLE. We were going to stay there for more than 2 weeks. They charge you to replace towels even if you’re staying for many days. You have to walk all the way to the back of the building to take the trash out. They waked me up a day knocking at the door to ask me to pay when the bill was already fully paid since the first day. The sheets smelled bad, we had to buy own sheets. TV was old, we brought ours. The shower won’t drain. WiFi wasn’t working. Maintenance came once to the room to change the lock and they opened the door even when I screamed to them that I was coming, that I was getting dressed. Ugh this is the worst experience I ever had.

It meets the basic needs that I need in order to stay for my conference.

There was no breakfast in the location. I wish that they correct such misunderstanding since I thought there will be breakfast just to find out that they have it in the vending machine (which is nowhere near a real breakfast that I had with other hotels or hospices)

Bad service. Very poor receptionist. Zilch customer service. Not recommended

I reached out to the hotel to inform them that my father had passed and asked they kindly cancel my reservation at no cost. They did not. They took the full amount despite the fact that I was mourning a loved one who passed a night before I could make the trip. There is nothing as pathetic as a business with ethic. What is the morality of charging a full amount and not having a single sympathy under my circumstance. It is sad, unseemly, and unbecoming. The worse part is that the receptionist was rude and impudent. Money is not everything. It does not take anything to be human.
