The staff was very friendly, the breakfast bar was great, simple but everything was delicious. I appreciated that even on Thanksgiving, the breakfast bar was available. The bathroom was nice, the water pressure was great, and the tub was clean. The bed was comfortable and the hotel's location is very convenient.

“Not clean!”
The did not vacum the floor, we found food and a sock. Also the blanket was dirty with either makeup, food or blood. Hair on the bathroom. We’ve stayed a couple of times and this one was the last.

“I wouldn't recommend this specific location to stay in Mcallen”
The location was near the places we planned to visit. There were always parking spots available. The check-in process was quick but there was a not-so-quick line. Check-out was quick. The room had everything I saw in the reservation.

“Very nice. We come to McAllen often. Staying here for same price as far inferior motels.”
Breakfast was great! 2 kinds if eggs, sausage, refried beans, yogurt, also you can make waffles. Need juice or something for non coffee drinkers. Juice machine out of order.
