“Comfortable stay and value for money”
The bed is very comfortable, and the place is clean, and the breakfast is on time. The staff are very friendly. The location is secure, and they follow the green agenda with motion sensor lights in some common areas like the corridor. The staff are helpful and respond to most of the requests politely.

“Read your booking.com messages please”
Super annoyed that booking doesn't allow one to retract date change and also annoyed with the staff for failing to READ my message asking them not to do the date change. Why didn't I want to do the date change? Because 2 1-day reservations at this hotel come out to being cheaper than 1 2-day. I explained this to them. They didn't care. They got some extra money from me and a bad review as a result.
