The apartment is located just a few steps from the beach and promenade in a pleasant side street. Everything looks exactly like in the photos. The balcony / terrace is really large in an L shape along the entire apartment. The owners were waiting for us and welcomed us personally and left us some water, juices and snacks in the apartment as a welcome. Communication with the owner was also very pleasant.

“What a fantastic property!! ☀️”
The owners were so lovely( Luisa and Nello) they greeted us at the property. There was snacks and treats for the kids, milk, coffee pods for Nespresso machine. This property was an excellent find! Location was brilliant, slightly set back from main strip which meant was lovely and quiet. 1 minute walk to free Mazzeo beach. The property has beach chairs and an umbrella to use. This property was truly a great stay, modern, and clean. Each room had excellent air conditioning and new smart TVs. There’s a great view from the balcony of the beach. Mini market around the corner and a great café (Manhattan) also other mini markets to buy food. Finding a 2 bedroom apartment at this quality and comfort was fantastic! Definitely recommend!! 🇮🇹❤️☀️🏖
