“Best place in Mazunte!”

We had a great time in Posada Nautica, Araceli is taking care of every detail! Super clean with everything you need for your stay. Views are incredible. We loved to open all the windows to have a beautiful airflow, great kitchen, great hot shower, space for your car and very close to everything but not too close to avoid noise!

The thoughtful attention to quality and detail. This apartment supplied all the items one needs when visiting the beach. (Except for beach towels so make sure you bring some). Water, clothes lines, a safe and comfortable seating. The bed was very comfortable. Good quality sheets and pillows were appreciated. Our landlady was delightful and responded quickly to any request. The location has easy access to the beach. Driveway is across the street from the tortuga centre. Which is a very interesting visit. We highly recommend. Location is near the edge of town which has a great restaurant that is only open till 4. But close to the main businesses. Beautiful view and being on the hill you got a breeze. Being up a bit also allowed you to see many birds.

Very comfortable property, nice well equipped kitchen. Great view over the pacific from up the hill and quiet at night compared to other areas of town. Mazunte is a really well equipped little town, lots of restaurants and shops. Araceli was a great host, checking in on us each days and gave us everything we needed. The property is the equivalent of maybe 4/5 stories up the hill, easy enough to walk if a bit hot when you get there.

We loved the appartment and the sea view. The owner was very nice and helpful, and even helped us getting towards Puerto Escondido after our stay. Everything was clean and we had room service every day which was a really nice bonus we did not expect.

Comfortable quiet bed great little kitchen. Cool AC. Safe neighborhood to walk at night too.

Beautiful location with ocean views, huge comfy bed, air conditioning and fans came in handy as Mazunte was so hot, the owner and his wife were lovely and so helpful they gave us a ride to our next accomodation.

View is amazing, perfect location as it is away from the main strip. Very comfy and clean space.

One of my favourite accommodations ever. Absolutely beautiful views of the mountains and beach. Very private. I loved having a fully equipped kitchen as by this point in my trip it was nice having home cooked food. The aircon is great. The place is super clean and nice big comfy bed. Araceli is a wonderful and helpful host. The location is great, five minutes from the beach and slightly off the main drag so all you can hear is the waves and roosters.

Our hosts/owners Araceli and Manuel were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Offered to clean the apartment daily, provided water and allowed us to park an ATV at their home or their neighbours. Modern, new, very clean apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with a 4 burner stovetop and microwave, full sized fridge. The views of the ocean and of the town on the mountainside (sunset) were great! Down the driveway was the main street and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

A very thought-through, well-equipped, clean and spacious apartment. The location is great and the view absolutely stunning. Araceli was a wonderful host, we felt right at home. We would definitely stay at Posada Nautica again, it was perfect!

The apartment has an incredible sea view and is very nice inside with everything that you need. The location is excellent - close to the main streets for restaurants and bars and a short walk to the main beaches of the town. The owner was lovely, very friendly with helpful advice on offer. The wifi was a little spotty but good enough for a couple of video calls.

Araceli was such a great and accommodating hostess! The room is spacious, comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a short or longer stay. It stayed cool enough to be pleasant in the heat and humidity of Mazunte and I was allowed to leave my bags after checkout which helped me to see the town without carrying my stuff in the midday sun!
