Is a little further up the hill and that has its advantages. It's quiet and peaceful with access to town by walking down the stairs or road 8min. And this would be perfect for anyone who enjoys walking tours! It is a dirt road so I don't recommend it for babies with strollers, or wheelchairs. It is perfect for a adventurous family who can handle of physical activity everyday. Although perfect for fit or athletic individuals I wouldn't recommend this if this is a challenge. Of course if you have a vehicle this is no problem. The view is very nice, the amenities is very nice, the space is clean every 2 days, and include everything you need.

“Great private little house”

Very private little house on top of the hill away from the crowds. Some people mentioned climbing the hill is a little difficult / hard work. We found that if you use the staircase instead of the road it's no problem at all as it's quicker & easier. Nice big room with kitchen and pretty terrace. The owner's cat came to see us everyday to chill. Super sweet & friendly. The cat made our day :)

“Lovely hideaway in nature”

Being up in the trees and away from the hustle and bustle of Mazunte. The terrace was a great place to relax (with the friendly cats!) and we loved cooking in the very well-equipped kitchen. It was only a short walk to Mermejito beach for excellent sunsets.

The bungalows are well equipped everything that you need is there. Yes it is a 5-10min walk uphill from the main street but that gives you a more quiet and peaceful stay. The value for money is superb and the owner is super responsive with all inquires. I would always stay here again.

Aditi bungalows. There are 3 in total on property. One of them has a sea view. For sure one of the best accommodations in Mazunte. Perfect hide- away place, сооl and shadow whole day inside without AC because of the wide grass roof, very comfortable, there is an outside area with hammock,lush- green around with butterflies and birds. Very good for rest. Well- equipped private big kitchen in bungalow , big new fridge, many hooks, shelves, easy to organize stuff. Owners are very caring and helpful, respond fast, very satisfying cleaning service and laundry. Nets on all windows, protected from insects.

Views from Ganesh cabin are charming and it’s lovely and quiet in the mornings - worth the hike to be further away from the main road. Massive comfy bed and great ceiling fans/mosquito net. Loved having a moka pot for coffee in the mornings and a blender for smoothies - plus fridge / freezer is a great help.

Gorgeous place

Beautiful views, very calm except for occasional parties from the neighbors. The place is very well equipped and cleaned regularly. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. The location is remote but only a short walk away from the center. If walking up the hill in the dark is not your thing then you will need a car that can deal with the steep dirt road.

The cottage looks like a dream. Beautiful terrace with hammock and exceptional tropic view out of the bedroom. Two little sweet cats came to visit sometimes. The kitchen is big and well equipped. Everything is very clean.

The Place is a little bit uphill from town and - as mentioned - it’s highly recommended to take a taxi (between 100-120 pesos, depending on the the time of the day) if the luggage is too heavy. but once you get there you will find a beautifully furnitured and well equipped place which makes you feel like home instantly. we were looking for a place to live in peace with nature and we will for sure come back to this magical and calm place. … and we already miss the cat. Thank you for everything!

The casita was well appointed, clean and extremely comfortable. It was spacious and we enjoyed our privacy. The view of the moonrise from the patio is breathtaking. We just hit the full moon and enjoyed the moonrise along w music from the reggae concert in town on our first evening. We enjoyed our stay and spent hours relaxing in the hammock, reading, napping and walking to nearby Playa Mermejita.

everything you need is there! fully equip kitchen, comfy bed!

The only good thing about this accommodation was a fridge.
