Great location. Nice view day and night, the wilderness of the place, the connection with people there, free filtered water in the kitchen. You'll love the cats and Rosita too :) Also, Daniel has been a super helpful and very kind host. Our time at Bajo Las Estrellas was truly memorable ;)

I really enjoyed my stay. I had the luxury tent with a double bed and I had the most comfortable sleep! A steep little hill needs to be climbed in order to reach the hostel but this means that there was always a nice cool breeze in the night which made sleep super comfortable. The staff were great, helpful and friendly. The kitchen is super basic but you can find most of what you need. The shower with the view was a great experience during the sunset! If I am in Mazunte, I will come back for sure! Thank you!

I had a great stay, it’s a very chill place. Fernando and the volunteers are creating such a nice vibe and they are very helpful. I loved the location, village and several beaches easy accessible. Mattress could’ve been a bit better

“Awesome place if you like camping”

Very nice location! I had a tent at the top, which provides you with some fresh sea breeze during those hot days. Staff really friendly and will help you with anything! Also gave some great suggestions for hidden pearls in the area. Would definitely recommend if you like camping and a chill atmosphere. The animals onside were also very friendly

Beautiful location. The outdoor toilet and showers :) yes, the stars are your ceiling and a lovely breeze if you are tenting at the top. Great music and vibes. Overall, quiet and chill eco-atmosphere for everyone to enjoy the space. It’s a nice retreat from the buzz of being in town. And a water filter! Thank you!

“Lovely camping in Mazunte”

Great place to stay. The owners were superfriendly and i really liked the outdoor shower. It was cozy and lovely.

The staff was very kind, the view was beautiful, there was lots of places to sit and write...or just take it in.

Such a beautiful place and location to stay while in Mazunte! The staff are so lovely and you instantly feel welcome there, a sociable place where you can interact with more travelers in the common outdoor spaces. It's also nice to have a tent to yourself too! I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely go back, thankyou! :)
