“Quintessential Mexico”
Hotel amenities, staff and location were good. Speakers for background music and programs were always set at full volume. Most days, at least 3 marriachi, bands played simultaneously, on the facility's beach, starting around 3 pm. Nightclubs across the street blasted away between nine and twelve every night. Vive el Mexico! Ole!

“Beautiful clean room and comfortable with everything we needed!”
I love the large room and kitchen! Was very beautiful view and two balconies and two bathrooms! Also got early check in luckily. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. Lots of towels and extra hand towels, toilet paper.

Fabulous staff in all departments~! Phone wasn't working in the original room we booked so they upgraded us to a room that was even better. LOVE this place and will definitely be booking another holiday there next year~! xo

My room was a junior suite and although it was outdated and reeked of old cigarette smell it was the best part of my stay at Royal Villas.

“A right Royal welcome..”
Location. In middle of Golden Zone on the beach. Excellent. Staff amazing: big shout out to Marcos, Artherudo, the two separate shift barmen genuinely hilarious and of course, The Big Book of Fishing!(?) All staff were great at making you feel welcome even though Spanish was not my first language. I didn't forget to tip these guys as they worked hard and definitely deserved it. Room spacious, clean, comfortable well serviced, Aircon, TV and kitchenette worked well. Balcony was large and mostly private. WiFi in the studio room was strong signal and consistent. Lifts work well, quiet and efficient. Great communication prior to arrival. Restaurant was good quality in choice and cuisine.

“Unless they renovate, would not suggest a stay in this property. I am told this is a time share.”
The employees were very helpful, and the location was good. When we needed assistance I would give the employees 5 stars for attending to what the needs were in a very timely manner. The helpfulness of the employees far exceeded the condition of the property.
