Ideally located directly on the beaches of Mazatlan, this all-suite hotel is close to many main points of interest and features friendly service, complete with many of the comforts of home. The Luna Palace is conveniently situated within walking distance to many attractions and sites. The city's local shops, delicious restaurants, entertainment, golf courses and an exciting nightlife are in close proximity. Guests at Luna can enjoy private balconies and terraces, a spacious swimming pool, and fully-equipped kitchenettes in each guestroom.

“Luna is a Palace!”
First time in MZT and the Luna Palace. We got a better room than we had booked and it was on the 3rd floor with a great view off the bedroom balcony to the ocean, two queen beds and a separate living area with couch, Smart TV, table to eat at and a well equipped kitchen. AC worked adequately but was noisy so we ran to cool down at night then shut off for sleeping. The hotel is at the north end of the Golden Zone and is a very quiet area at night so we had great sleeps. Always hot water for morning showers and all the plumbing was fairly new and up to north american standards. We did all inclusive and it was fine. Breakfasts were hearty with an egg station for easy over, huevos ranchero or omelets, plus the side dishes of mexican dishes and tons of fresh fruit. Lunch and supper were an a la carte menu which got repetitive, however one could walk a few blocks down the street to the other Palace Hotels (Pacific, Oceano or Star) and partake in their buffet and restaurants as part of the all inclusive. So lots of good meals were had. The staff in all their hotels are first rate, so helpful and full of energy and humour. The pool was heated a bit and nice to relax in. The beach for miles out front was lovely sand and great for long walks. As noted by some reviewers, the entertainment was limited but that suited us as we wanted peace and quiet. There were lots of fellow Canucks of similar age, so good stories to share. The bar was well stocked with a decent selection, with the Tequila Sunrise and Bacardi Black being our favorites.

Beautiful oceanview 1 bdm suite with kitchenette. Newly renovated, windows and doors, new appliances, kitchen counters, fresh paint and new bathroom hardware and toilets.

“Have stayed before and will definitely stay again!”
The staff was always friendly and helpful, they even remembered us from a previous stay! The pool is heated and very clean, they do a great job keeping the pool area, chairs etc clean. The location doesn’t get any better than this!

“Good stay for the price.”
I really enjoyed the suite that has 4 beds, (2 full beds and 2 individuals) this kept my family together which was really nice and having 2 bathrooms was a plus. My kiddos enjoyed the kids pool and they liked the slide. It was nice to have the beach so close and that they have an area to wash off the sand before coming back inside the hotel area. Overall a great stay for the price.

We only bought breakfast a couple of times. It was reasonable and good. We have stayed at the Hotel 4 times. It is getting run down. But they arr renovating and it's very noisy. Ours and our friends toilets clogged every day for 4 days! The staff is the best ever, and the beach is fabulous. We paid 156 cdn a night for a jr suite and were annoyed when some folks We met paid 120 cdn a night for a 1 bedroom
