Hotel is very good. I wanted to give a 9 up till the last day when I repacked my luggage and noticed a canon camera and a remington hair trimmer are missing. I can not accuse that 100% someone from the staff took it since i have no proofs but i find it weird that it was verified at Lima airport in Peru before boarding, and it was the first hotel after arriving in Mexico. Police does not do anything as usual, and staff said they did not take it. The camera was water damaged so it is worth probly about 70 usd at most, and the trimmer was well worn. Anyways. The hotel was pretty comfy, and in case the person who took my stuff reads this comment i wish only one thing for her(him). May karma(god) assure this be your biggest joy in all your remaining life. Great location. The security was good. The unit was big but it was noisy .The airconditioning also helped with the noise. It worked well.
