Ocean view room-2 double beds. Both beds were very uncomfortable. I complained to the maid and she replaced the mattresses immediately! Typical Mexican hotel with an outstanding view.

The view and location were excellent, right on the Malecon and beach. Lots of nearby restaurants and blocks from the old city and squares.

“I didn't like, the price didn't match the service.”
The location is great, well not for working trips since there is a lot of noise at night but if you want to go out and have fun it is at a great location.

“Faded glory”
The hotel is an old classic right on Olas Altas beach in Mazatlán. I was received badly there in 2017 but decided to go back because of the location and price. This time, we did get the ocean view room we reserved and the view was marvellous. The room itself is rather plain but passable.

“Return Visit - Great Location.”
Best location. Walking distance to many tourist attractions, galleries, restaurants, and shopping. Beautiful sunsets from my hotel balcony while having a couple of cold cervezas. My room had a good-sized closet and the furniture had drawers for storing clothing. The staff was very accommodating. The front desk clerk was exceptional and she spoke perfect English.

The people that work there are extremely nice. They try to make your stay as best as they can. We had a room and on the side we were able to see the ocean. The hotel is very beautiful.
