Good view, airy, and on the beach. Friendly and helpful staff, and was quite clean. Pillows and mattresses were good. Decent breakfast with chorizo.

The hotel is conveniently located between Centro Historico and Zona Dorada. It takes about 15min to get to Zona Dorada on foot and Centro can be reached by bus, there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel. I really enjoyed the pool, the water is heated which is important taking into consideration Mazatlan’s weather in autumn and winter. The place is fairly quiet at night. There’s a tunnel that takes you to the beach directly from the hotel. During my stay, the vast majority of guests were Mexican families with children, Mazatlan as such seems to be particularly popular amongst Mexican families. If you’re looking for a party, pool scene or beach clubs, better go to Playa del Carmen.

Convenient location across the beach with own underground pathway directly to the hotel. Good internet connection. Great stuff at the reception. They have undergoing construction right now - I would rate the hotel 8.0 after they finish the work.

“Disappointing as the location is excellent.”
Well First for the good. We were hauling a trailer and they could accommodate parking. Also parking was free. The gentleman at the front desk was excellent and spoke English well. Which really helped us out.

The room was big and the balcony with table and seats had little view on the pool and the sea. The breakfast is good. The location is in the middle between the crowded zona doro and the center. Wonderful walk on the seafront.
