“mediocre at best”
Stupid and unnecesary, someone from staff knocked at the door by 9am, like a guest check for all rooms. Had a wedding the night before, and wanted to sleep, could not after that.

“Great staff going out of their way to look after you”
The staff were excellent ..... they took a personal interest (Gabriella and Stephania), tried their best yo give excellent suggestions (Katya) and had a "no problems" approach to helping sort out issues (Juan Carlos)

one of the worst hotels I have stayed in, the shower never had hot water, very dirty rooms with dust and debris, unclean aircon.
