“Good price, but you get what you pay for...”
The location is perfect - only two blocks from the main north-south road where buses take you everywhere, and a few more steps to the beach. Fairly quiet area. Very spacey apartment (#2 and #4 are the largest apartments). Two bedrooms with queen-size beds in both. Sufficiently sized one-line kitchen. Once-a-week cleaning and new bedlinen. Air conditioning in every room, and free WiFi.

“Worst experience on Booking ever”
How can this place have a rating of 9 out of 10 ? The photos were taken years ago when the building was new. Since then, there was probably no maintenance at all, for long years. Walls are full of humidity, everything is rusty inside, no handle on one bedroom's door, the curtain in the living room is broken so it's impossible to open it (nice if you like to live in the dark), they are building another floor on top of the existing, so there are workers all day that start making strong noise at 7.40 am, and common area are super dirty. t The cleaning is really minimum, the windows probably haven't been cleaned for years or at least lots of months. Even the internet was not working well.

“Much better that their other location ( Loft Sabalo)”
We'd stayed at another property ( Loft Sabalo ) just down the street from this spot, also owned by the same company and had had a poor experience....but this place was much better ! The hot water worked great as did the wi-fi ! And they gave us more bath towels than we'd gotten at the Loft Sabalo ! The cleaning ladies were great !
