The villa is in a lovely setting and had all the things needed. The outdoor space is great , plenty of room and different areas for sitting or lounging.

We are familiar with area so we’re very happy with location. For those not familiar Country Club is a small urbanisation. You really need a car to experience all of Mazarron. The house is very well kept and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The rooms are made up of 3 double beds but as they are 2 singles pushed together I am sure you can make different arrangements to suit your needs. There is a very detailed bible - read it - it answers everything. Joyce the caretaker is extremely responsive and if you’re lucky enough to meet Rene, the owner, he is a very friendly guy. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family and will return in the future.

“Massive disappointment, tired property in need of serious maintenance”

Extreme damp problem throughout downstairs of property. So many broken amenities and not as described in pictures. Would not have booked if we knew the state of the property. There were no working parasols outdoors, most chairs broken and no sun loungers. Upstairs balcony unable to be used as shutters broken and unable to be opened. Smell from damp was horrendous and I had to purchase air fresheners. The mould was visible and made bedding damp and had to air rooms daily. Electrics cut out due to damp downstairs.

Paid extra to have breakfast items provided and this was needed as we had a late arrival. Enough to keep us till following day.

Outside space was excellent. Pool needed a good clean lots of black grout in it. Water in the pool was very clean. Outside space was great
