This is the fourth time we have stayed at this property and it was as excellent as the other times. We arrived early, around 11am, and it wasn't an issue, they checked if our room was available and it was so we were able to check in straight away. The breakfast was very good, hot scrambled eggs, bacon and boiled eggs plus lots of cold buffet food, we were served fresh coffee and hot milk at the tables. There's a lift from the private garage in the basement to all floors, trolley bags and our room had a lovely covered balcony. Once again a very pleasant and enjoyable stay, we would definitely choose this hotel again.

“Great hotel in Mayrhofen!!”

Great hotel just off the main street in Mayrhofen. Staff were very pleasant, the room itself was nice and clean (even had a balcony) and buffet breakfast was plentiful with lots of hot and cold choices available. Theres a grocery shop just across from the hotel. The hotel doesn't do evening meals but there's plenty of choices of restaurants around the area. The 2 main gondolas are within a 10-15 min walking distance as is the main bus/train station. A very pleasant stay.

Great staff, great breakfast. smallish room but I was in a single. Always kept clean, although decor was a bit dated. Location was about a 10 minute walk to the Penken (we always walked as we enjoy the stroll). pretty close to all the main places you need.

I had a lovely stay at here. The location is perfect but mainly the staff were excellent. They accommodated an addition of my friend; Nadia on reception always said hello when I walked in the door after a day in the hills and the ladies at breakfast always remembered that I liked coffee with milk at breakfast. These little things made it feel special. I will definitely stay again if I am back in Mayrhofen. Thank you, Beth

Good size room exactly as on website, plenty of wardrobe space, room cleaned every day. Good selection of food items at breakfast and quick service from friendly staff. Bus to railway station and ski lift stops directly outside .
