Overview
Situated in the heart of Mayrhofen, Neuhaus Zillertal Resort enjoys a quiet location in the beautiful Ziller Valley. It offers a large spa area, a well-assorted wine cellar and free parking. Half-board comprises a rich breakfast buffet and a 4-course à la carte dinner with a salad buffet and a variety of desserts. Vegetarian and special dietetic meals will be provided on request by the Neuhaus. All rooms feature a private bathroom, cable TV and a seating area. Bathrobes are also provided. Most rooms also have a balcony with great mountain views. Guests of the Alpendomizil can relax in the hot tub or steam bath or get active and benefit from the guided hikes or the Nordic Walking and Yoga trainings. A small cinema, bowling alleys and a billiards table are also on site. Numerous mountain bike and hiking trails are nearby. The Zillertal 3000 ski area can be easily reached with the free ski bus, which stops a few steps from the Neuhaus.

I was disappointed with the service experience at this hotel. As an international traveler who does not speak German, I expected basic assistance from the staff. When I requested some ice, the blonde-haired lady wears in black at the front desk was not helpful and simply told me to go and ask the kitchen myself. This made me feel unwelcome and unsupported as a guest. A hotel should make reasonable efforts to assist visitors, especially foreign guests who may not speak the local language. While the hotel facilities were satisfactory, the lack of friendliness and customer service significantly affected my overall experience. I hope the management can provide better staff training to ensure all guests, regardless of nationality or language ability, feel welcomed and respected.

Thanks for a lovely stay and making us welcome! Great location for snowbombing and the spa in the hotel is absolutely great. We loved the staff and special mention to Sabrina for her help and Psathas at reception theyre wonderful people and they deserve a raise! The hotel is clean and plenty of character and also the buffet breakfast was great with a omelette station and lots of fresh fruit and hot and cold stuff 😋

“Lovely hotel for a ski break with friends.”
The rooms were new and spacious overlooking the outside swimming area. The food was exceptional, so much choice and plentiful. The spa facilities are fantastic, not at all crowded.

I like this hotel very much. Went there for the second time. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean. You have so much facilities! Everything you wish for... weather you're with kids or just as a couple. The spa is great. And the food is also really nice.

“The Neuhaus is a great place to stay and we will return again.”
Our room was spacious. It had a great view. The food was great. Staff excellent. The hotel has an amazing spa area which is modern. An indoor pool, an outdoor infinity pool and sauna areas. Loads of relaxation areas. Fantastic. Of an evening the bar area was comfortable. The family run hotel which dates back to 1649 mixes traditional and modern well. This was our fifth visit over the years, so we do like staying there and we will be going back.
