Very clean, good location with easy access to the spar supermarket and the main lifts (via the ski bus), well furnished and comfortable. Great shower! Lorenz was very helpful and responsive to our questions.

Location - well located, modern, clean.

The apartment was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. It’s in a great location — about a 14 minute walk from the train station and only around 10 minutes from the ski lift and the town centre, which made getting around really easy. Supermarket is next door and we had direct view of the most adorable horses. Lorenz was a lovely host and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Modern designed, nice clean and spacious apartment with Mountain View’s. Basic essentials provided washing sponge, bin liner etc. was helpful. Spar was right next door. Nice friendly hosts. Quiet location with an easy to walk to the gondola lifts.

One of the best apartments we stayed at during our trip to Austria! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views from every window. Every detail was clearly thought out to provide comfort and a touch of luxury. We had the pleasure of meeting Lorenz, the host, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable; providing extra pillows and checking in during our stay. The location is perfect, with a supermarket nearby, great shops and restaurants within walking distance, and easy access to the cable car stations. We’d absolutely love to come back!

We really liked the location, freshness, and cleanliness of the apartment. Everything needed for a week-long stay was provided (the only thing we missed was a washing machine). The apartment was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. There was an outdoor building where you could store skis and dry ski boots. And, of course, the host was very attentive and caring!

The apartment is nice, cosy, clean, well furnished. Spatious modern bathroom with both shower and bath tub. Good location- 5 min walk to the centre of Mayrhofen, 1 min to supermarket, calm area. Nice host

Lovely space with a nice view. Short walk to the gondola and into the main town. The owner was lovely and very helpful.

“A really nice stay”

The apartment is very modern, spacious and clean with a good kitchen with an oven and big fridge. It's very quiet too. The bathroom has a great shower and bath to soak away the days activities. The Spar supermarket is 20 metres away which is handy. On two afternoons we walked a loop along the river path to Finkenburg to the south on 1 day and Hippach to the north which was very pleasant. There is an art trail on the way to Hippach beside the river. We flew into Innsbruck airport and booked tickets on https://www.oebb.at/ to get to Mayrhofen. This cost about EUR 22 for 1 person each way and covers an airport bus to Innsbruck train station, a train from Innsbruck to Jenbach and the local train from Jenbach to Mayrhofen. Our flight was delayed (British Airways always seem to be delayed) and there was no problem with being on a later train. The conducter just checked we had paid to Mayrhofen. The walk from the train station to Lenzup Apartments is less than 10 minutes. Our favourite restaurants: - Hotel & Gasthof Peraeur, 10 mins walk, booked on TheFork and the pork knuckle is superb. The waiter is very entertaining too - Restaurant El Toro, 14 mins walk, booked on their website eltorotapas.at, The waiters are very entertaining too Also good restaurants: - Goldkind restaurant, 13 mins walk, booked by email - Berg&Tal, 15 mins walk, booked by online request and confirmed by email
