An excellent neighborhood, very close to the lifts with a nice walk on a mostly pedestrian pathway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, we felt like home. Extremely clean! A beautiful mountain view from the room.

Breakfast was very good with enough options. The hotel staff is exceptional. Pizza available in the evening, in case you don't feel like going out for dinner. Enough parking spaces.

Nina, Goran and the team were amazing!!! We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every team member we interacted with was professional, friendly, and attentive. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay, ensuring everything remained fresh and pristine. The location was perfect — convenient to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and relaxing. The hotel facilities were top-notch. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating memorable experiences for their guests. “Extremely enjoyable”
This is a family run hotel which was clean, modern inside and the staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Close to the penkenbahn cable cars and the town centre. Great facilities for skiing/snowboarding

“Exceptional stay”
I stayed here with 5 friends for a ski trip in late January. From the beginning to the end it was a wonderful stay! The hotel is immaculately clean with very homely decor and the rooms were spotless. The owner Nina is incredibly helpful, she will assist with any of your needs to a high standard. The breakfast offering was great with enough to keep you sustained for a morning of skiing The location is great also, only a 5 minute walk to the gondola and the hotel is a very pretty part of the village I highly recommend a stay here!

“A charming and cosy hotel with excellent staff”
The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast offered a good selection of both hot and cold items. Nina and Goran were excellent hosts and went out of their way to make sure you enjoyed your stay. The location was very convenient to the town and both cable cars. There was ample parking on site.
