We had a wonderful stay at Haus Josef. Breakfast options were wonderful, room and beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location was just a short walk into town. We would certainly stay at Haus Josef again when in Mayrhofen.

The room was very spacious and cozy. There was a big assortment of tea in the room and small sweet surprise. Sound insulation is on the highest lever, you even don’t hear what is going on in your bathroom. Bathroom is big with qualitative facilities. The late arrival was not a problem.

It was a very cozy and lovely stay. Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our time there. Breakfast was also really good, specially the scrambled eggs. Location is convenient and we were easily able to find it. Room hqd a beautiful balcony with nice view!

Just a nice place, really clean, good breakfast, and really nice bathroom. Nothing to complain. We got there too early but the lady let us to get our stuff inside the room and change clothes.

Lovely hosts. Nice breakfast. Restaurants and bars within 5 minute walk. Penkenbahn gondola 12minute walk but ski bus stop just around the corner.

“Spotlessly clean”

It's hard to imagine a more welcoming host or a more scrupulously clean haus. Every day the room was cleaned and tidied and the bathroom literally sparkled! The balcony with mountain view was a bonus as we had sun on 3 afternoons. The room was large and had its own tea making facilities with a range of teas. Lovely touch. The ski room has great boot warmers. Breakfast was simple but plentiful and the eggs were cooked to perfection every time. It's in a quiet location but easy walk to the centre and about 200 metres to the ski bus which runs every 15 minutes. There is no sauna or wellness but the municipal one is good and only 10 minutes walk away
