Very clean. 2 large en-suite bedrooms. Comfy beds. Lots of hot water excellent showers. Toiletries included. We only used the kitchen for basic breakfast things, had everything we needed. Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, loo roll, tea clothes all provided. Only a couple of minutes walk to Penkenbahn and Ahorn. Both bedrooms had a balcony. Near to the spa to get all provisions. Far enough away to get a good nights sleep but still central for restaurants and bars. The property sorted out ski passes for us, a nice touch.

Fantastic location, just setback off the main high street, but in a surprisingly quiet area. Very easy access to the Penken gondola and our 2 favourite apres bars, Harper's Happy End and Ellies diner. It is a well equipped and very clean apartment. It had washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, salt & pepper, sugar, and shower gel, etc. A very friendly and welcoming place!

“Exceptional stay in a beautiful village with wonderful skiing”

This is an exceptional place to stay in Mayrhofen. Minutes from everything you are really at the heart of the village and yet the location is quiet and peaceful. Peter gave us the most wonderful welcome and nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay. The facilities are excellent both in the building and the apartment. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, well sized bathrooms with ample hot water. We were delighted and will 100% come to visit again.

We had a warm and welcome reception from the friendly and helpful staff. Well equipped apartment located between the two main lifts with a easy access ski room. Good size rooms and bathrooms making it ideal for a family or two couples.

Excellent and convenient location, easily parking lot and fully functional kitchen.

Centrally located very close to the Penken and tje Ahorn gondolas. Good size rooms, well equipped kitchen, and onsite sauna.
