Alpen Appartements Hochmuth in Mayrhofen enjoys a quiet location on the edge of the wood, 100 metres from the Penkenbahn and Ahornbahn Cable Cars. The modern, Tyrolean-style apartments offer mountain views from the balcony or terrace. The soundproofed apartments are decorated in natural wood. They offer a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge containing a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. A private bathroom with a bath and an additional toilet are provided. You have access to free private parking and free Wi-Fi available throughout the property. You can also use the children’s playground, and ski storage and ski boot drying facilities. KTM bicycles as well as climbing equipments, (subject to availability) can be borrowed free of charge. Restaurants, bars and shops can be found in the village centre, a 5-minute walk away. In summer, guests have free admission to Mayrhofen’s public swimming pool. A mini golf course, an adventure playground with a soccer field and a skatepark are all just a 1-minute walk away.

The apartment was smart and spacious. Parking was available for the property. 10 minute walk to Penken but a ski bus is also available near the property to take you to Penken or Ahorn. The hosts were helpful, friendly and thoughtful. They were on hand when we had any questions about the apartment or town.

“Lovely trip, great host, friendly resort. Took a guided ski of the mountain which I would recommend.”
Location 1km to ski lift, nice walk through the wooded path, some nice bar restaurants on the route back.

Perfect newly renovated small family flat in a very nice and calm house, very close to the ski area cable car. Sweet host and very good value for the money. Hope to return.

“Great place in a great place!”
We arrived late on the evening, but everything was clear from the start - how to find the house, where are the keys and how to locate our flat. Everything was prepared and as a bonus - the bottle of complimentary wine was a cherry on top :) Unfortunately (fortunate for some) we never met our hostess - but this is a sign of great arrangement skills. We will definitely try to book the place again next year if there is a chance!
