We arrived in the dark and none of the buildings are labeled instead each space has a drawing referring to the name. It can be a bit confusing we were fortunate to get assistance from a couple who had arrived earlier.

“Bad communication - never again”
Verry bad communication (actually NO communication at all) with local manager. No questions where answered from us via whatsapp and mail, as they didn't pick up the phone. Furthermore hot water was not working anymore after five minutes (as well in shower and bath), cooking plates did not work with cooking pan. Microwave was broken. Wifi was not working in evening. We mentioned this problems via booking chat, but didn't get the good answers. This is not OK for the price we paid! Furthermore , if you don't have a car, its not a good place to stay, as first shop and restaurant are a long walk. Never again this place.

“A perfect love nest in Maya Beach”
The studio which was part of an architect villa was just amazing : breathtaking view of the Laguna, quiet, all amenities including a Jacuzzi . The pool was also incredible, overlooking the laguna . This studio which was larger than what I expected was a great surprise and we will return as soon as possible !
