Great place to stay. Good location with views of the lake, very well maintained and clean. Spacious and comfortable inside and a great outdoor area. We loved it. Good and easy communication with the host.

A huge house with spacious rooms, a grill house, a garden, and a covered gazebo overlooking the lake. Two bathrooms. Perfect for two couples.

The villa was more than perfect! The living space was cozy, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the view from the backyard was absolutely stunning. The price was surprisingly affordable, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay – highly recommend!

Vlatko is amazing host. He was always ready to help us with everything and made our stay perfect. The vila is on great position and we enjoyed every single day that we were there. Everything was clean, beds were super comfy and the barbecue area was just perfect! Thank you! I hope we will have opportunity to stay there in the future!

The owner was very easy to communicate to, he was helpful and answered all our questions, helped with heating. I also loved that there were plenty of towels available as in most places there is usually one towel per person.

The villa was amazing, very cute, and cozy. It had the prettiest view ever. It was well located with a market close by and a few coffee shops and restaurants. Vlatko is the best host I've ever had. He was checking on us all the time just in case we needed something. Next time I go to Mavrovo, his villa will be my first choice.

This place is fantastic. Beautiful house set in a lovely location. Very well equipped and clean. Good communication with owner. Small grocery market and restaurants very close by. Highly recommend.

“Everything you need, spacious and great value for money 👍”

We were 4 bikers with a van and for us the accommodation was perfect. We had space for the bikes and the house is nice and spacious with equipped kitchen. Honestly ideal of this kind of stop to explore the Mavrovo region.
