Suzana was an excellent host, very charming and welcoming. Her guest house is well maintained and in a lovely environment. We wished we had stayed more nights. Delicious dinner.

Suzanne, our host was already waiting to greet us when we arrived. Warm welcome and invited us for drinks. Agreed with her for dinner, which was delicious, the best trouts we ever had!! We ate next to the fire, since we were the only guests around, great food and wine. The apartment is small but the rooms size is good so is the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. The surroundings are spectacular, too bad the weather was not good, we arrived under a strong rain. Next morning was better and we were able to walk around and see the lake and else. Breakfast was also different but tasty ,she made a typical Macedonian plate, sour cream, coffee, home made jam, bread.

In the center 5 minutes next to the main ski lift . Great people , great restaurants and nice staff , amazing food and the view was amazing also . 10/10 would recommend and the owners were the most charming people .

A great family-run inn with very friendly and caring hosts who made us feel welcome and at home. Excellent breakfast downstairs, and with the restaurant serving good food we did not need to use the (basic) kitchen. Good location for access to hiking in the area. We were very well looked after thanks to Suzana and family!

Spacious and clean apartment with a terrace. Great breakfast and also restaurant for dinner. Nice location, with helpful hosts arranging a visit to the Sarkova cave, which is just 200m away (recommended). Also, in a 15-20 minute drive, you can be in a natural paradise (direction Galicnik).

Everything was great, location is right next to the sky center, owner is really kind and willing to help with everything. Apartment is simple and clean, you have everything you need for few days stay. :) We are happy to come back again!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Apartment Suzanna in Mavrovo. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect. The host, Suzanna, was not only was she warm and welcoming, but she also provided invaluable help in planning our entire trip beyond Mavrovo, making our travel experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. The apartment itself exceeded all expectations—spotlessly clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Mavrovo. We had the opportunity to enjoy an excellent breakfast at the outside terrace. Suzanna’s hospitality truly made us feel at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Apartment Suzanna to anyone visiting Mavrovo. We will definitely be returning during our next trip to Mavrovo!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The homemade food was incredible, adding a personal touch to the stay. The entire environment was so peaceful that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything was more than we could have hoped for. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and homey experience!

I believe first appearance and the hospitality provided is always what we decide about a place. In this instance, both of these areas have scored 10/10. The friendliness, peaceful ambience, delicious homemade traditional cuisines are exceptional. And not forgetting, the owner... Madam Suzanna whom expects nothing but perfection from her staff...to ensure guest experience matter. Bravo to all of them. A place I will come back next time when I am in Mavrovo...
