“I was beyond disappointed in these people. They came very close to ruining my birthday weekend!!”
Very very very poor customer service. Lack of communication. Booking cancelled at the 11th hour after I had been trying to get in touch for the past month to quadruple check as I was traveling from far. I was promised assistance in booking somewhere else. They never got back to me.
