“waste of time”
We, a group of 7 arrived at Cresta, after waiting for 30 minutes we got the news that the reservation is cancelled because of the renovations… After another 30 minutes I decided to go to the neighbouring hotel what was much better… Cresta you really let us down… you will never see us again. thanks for waisting our time…

“It was perfect for what we needed”
The breakfast was excellent. The location was unexpected...I thought when i booked that it was much closer to Maun center not realising there are 2 hotels. It didn't actually matter as we caught the shuttle to and from the hotel but it might be an idea to offer a choice

“I wouldn’t book again due to the bedroom design.”
The property itself has potential ! Nice restaurant and bar area. At the front desk/concierge was a wonderful gentleman George ! He was exceptionally helpful during our stay with helping us with our bags/ transport etc other people in our group also commented how great he was.
