“Friendly faces in Toledo”
Dee Dee one of the staff was exceptional. She treated my 94 year old mother like she was her own family. She went above and beyond very impressive.

“Horrible. Would not recommend hotel or your booking site to anyone”
Rooms were filthy. Bed sheets torn and stained and spotted. Furniture in dining room disgusting. Spots and stains on bedroom carpets. Doors splintered. Building exterior is disrepair. Owner very very unreasonable. The non refundable booking is the issue. We would have bolted when we got there. He already had our money. Had to stay in a dirty. Filthy hotel Asked for a refund. Got none Have file dispute with our credit card company and filed a complaint with national best western corporate. You should not book their rooms.

“TERRIBLE.”
Nothing, would NEVER recommend. This place is a complete rip off and waste of money. Worst hotel experience I have EVER had. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. False advertising. No pool. No hot tub as advertised. Nasty employees.
