“Amazing stay”

Everything was excellent! Ivanka, the host, was extremely kind and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, peaceful, with a fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed I slept like a baby. It’s very close to Opatija I’m definitely coming back in the summer!

Perfect stay – highly recommended! Everything about this place was outstanding! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the hosts were amazing—accommodating my late check-in with no hassle. A spacious parking area made things even more convenient, and the fresh fruit on arrival was a lovely touch. The location is peaceful yet close to everything. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Kristina and Ivanka are great, perfect landladies.They are attentive, kind, helpful, friendly, caring, cheerful , supportive, caring, patient, cooperative and charming people. They helped us when our car was broken . Modern Apartment is fully equipped in each room from the kitchen to the bathroom . The kitchen is fully equipped : kettle, plates, cups, fridge, pots, pans, stove, all utensils cutlery, detergents.The apartment is comfortable, clean, cosy. There are comfy beds and electrical appliances(dishwasher, washing machine, iron, dryer….It’s suitable location near a bus stop. It has an amazing view of the sea, forest, mountains from the balcony with candles where you can sit and enjoy illuminating lights in a nice garden. There is a parking place and a wonderful barbecue.

“Nice summer holiday in Isteria”

The property is recently renovated and is very fresh and clean. It has everything needed in the apartment. The barbecue and sitting area outside is very nice and cosy. It is up in the hill and in hot summer, the evenings are cool and very comfortable to sit outside, have food and drink and enjoy. The location itself is nice and in the hills with forest in surrounding. But it requires a car to be able to move around, go to the beach, etc. we had a rental car and everything was fine. We will come back again, thanks so much Ivanca.

Calm and relaxing

Apartman was easy to find and there was plenty of parking which was concern for me during my stay in Opatija. Once I was in apartment the place was clean and very comfortable. It was immaculate. Manager of the property was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back with family and stay here again.

“Freshly renovated, nice host, good value for money”

Almost new apartment in a freshly renovated house. Nice decoration, comfortable bed, large terrace with sea view, friendly host. We were there a bit later than peak season, so the traffic of the road nearby was light, absolutely no noise in the evening. This is an excellent place if you prefer to stay away from the crowded areas. Neutral: it is obvious when you look on the map where this apartment is located, but it is maybe worth mentioning: having a car is (almost) a must, you will need it to get to the village center or any supermarket. Not to mention the beach, of course.

Peaceful surrondings with a church up on a hill close to the appartment. The appartment was newly done up, it was nice and clean. We arrived by train so we walked a lot. Walking itself was not a probkem but there are no pavements at all in that area. After all I suggest the appartment. For beatches we visited Opatija not too far away from Matulji.
