The hotel is very conveniently located, only about 150 meters on foot from the railway station. The room was spacious, with enough space for working comfortably, and offered plenty of storage areas, including a wardrobe. Several windows provided a pleasant view over the square in front of the station. The room equipment also included safety items, not only an emergency flashlight but also safety helmets.

It is my second time staying here because it is just next to airport shuttle bus, JR station and tram station. The breakfast is very good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Hotel had a car park but I needed to park longer than I stayed. Staff was very helpful in suggesting a nearby car park and thoughtfully suggested a place where parking is easier (I think that means more spacious parking, compared with the typical Japan city parking lot where cars are inches from touching each other). Staff also helpfully explained how to get to my destination I needed to go next morning.

Great location right next to JR Matsuyama Station, and a pleasant 20-min walk (or quick tram hop) to the main shopping area of Matsuyama, so we ate breakfast at a different café each morning. Bigger room than most similarly priced business hotels. Friendly and helpful staff.

Location is very convenient, next to Train station and bus stop for highway bus is next to it. The room is larger than most hotel, with plenty of room for luggage.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Great breakfast, your choice of Japanese or European dishes. We had a twin bedroom. The room was large enough to accommodate my wife's wheelchair. Very clean and spacious. You're only about 150 meters from the old train station. The new station is behind the old one, so maybe another 100 meters.

We liked the location as it was next to the tram station and very near to the railway station. Buses stopped nearby as well but the downside was a little more noise because of this. The room was a fair size with two windows and the usual amenities.

The location next to the train station was unbeatable for an early departure the next morning. The staff was the best part of the hotel. One of the staff members helped me hold a reservation at another hotel as my travel plan was disrupted. She rang the hotel and explained the situation and was able to hold the reservation for another day. She was the star of the hotel.

The staff were quite kind to me throughout my stay, I felt welcome. The room I had was dated, but reasonably clean. The bath room looked recently renovated. Convenient location next to the JR station. There's a "super" public bath "Kisuke no Yu" across the street, you can get discounted entry tickets from the hotel reception.
