Very close to Matsuyama City station (Iyotetsu train and tram). Convenient for department store, Ferris wheel, shopping arcades, and small independent stores and cafes. Easy to get around Matsuyama by public transport. Simple, affordable accommodation.

“Budget friendly clean small rooms with own bathroom”
This is a very comfortable, clean & budget friendly hotel in a good location. The room is small with a small functional private bathroom. It’s great for one person, two people will probably find it tight. I travelled with 2 friends and we each got our own rooms, side by side, for 4 nights, which was good. Clean pajama, towels, slippers, toothbrush are provided daily. There is a small kettle in room & hotel has an elevator. Although staff did not speak English, we were able to communicate with google translate. The gentleman at the desk, helped us book our next accommodation.
