The staff were very friendly. The free drinks in the evening was nice to look forward to when returning to the hotel.

It is located a little outside, but most of the tourist attractions were about a 30-minute walk and the tram stop was very close, making it easy to move around. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are clean, so there is no inconvenience in accommodation, and there is a free breakfast and happy hour for guests, so the price is very satisfactory

Very helpful staff. Can take tram from Matsuyama station to Katsuyamacho stop, then a 5 minute walk, plenty of options for Japanese style breakfast and free drinks at happy hour, elevator, with good wifi, small fridge and kettle. Also provide alternative pillows and pyjamas in the lobby downstairs!

The service of the staff is excellent, and it has free breakfast (06:30-09:00) and free beverage (18:00 to 21:00)

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent. The free drinks each evening were generous and great variety. On my four days there I met some very friendly guests too.

Typical business hotel in Japan, like toyoko inn. Excellent breakfast. Everyday they changed the main dish of breakfast. Many options are available. You can have bread, rice, salad, and many Japanese style options such as Ochazuke, Misosoup.. They operate welcome bar during 6 pm to 9 pm. Not that many options of great alcohols but you can rest there instead of tiny rooms during night time. Wifi was fast enough to watch Youtube video or Netflix. All staffs were kind and tried to help us. (Especially night time gentleman staff was the best) Location was in between main street of the city and Dogo hot spring. We were able to there on foot (around less than 1.5 km each). Cost effective way to stay in Matsuyama, some people who need breakfast during the trip.

It is conveniently located just a 5-10 minute drive from Dogo Onsen. The breakfast is simple and not very varied, but even though I usually don’t eat breakfast, I was able to enjoy it.

Typical business hotel suited to jap a nese businessmen but not foreign tourists. Small room, tiny bathroom, Japanese breakie. About 25 min walk from the JR station. Not a lot of English spoken but the staff were great

I like that this hotel chain has free breakfast. The staff was also very friendly and tried to communicate with hands and feet. Apparently nobody speaks English. I speak a bit Japanese though so it wasn’t a problem. They tried to communicate as best as they could and that’s what matters.
