“Very Good”
The location is great. Close to the tram lines, shopping streets, and plenty of places to eat, which made getting around the city very easy. It's very close to Matsuyama castle (you can take the cable car) as well, which is literally behind the hotel area.

Breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff. Location is excellent. Okaido is a centre of activity and there is a tramstop in front of the hotel. The castle ropeway is 10 minutes away on foot.

“My favourite hotel for business trips to Matsuyama”
Excellent location close to Okaido shopping mall. Right in front of the hotel, there is a bus to Tobe. Clean and comfortable

“Good stay”
A lot of people complained about the bad smell in the hotel. This is because there are some floor is smoking floor and some are smoking free. Sometimes, the bad smell will travel to other floors. Our room is clean and I like the breakfast.

“Wonderful”
The staff were incredibly helpful. For some reason our car hire cancelled and their was nothing left in the city. After half an hour on the phone, the reception staff had solved the problem with a smile. The location was perfect. Nothing to complain about really.
