comfortable renovared rooms with great selection of toiletries/ yukatas/ pjs and slippers. bathroom was spacious and comfortable. very importantly the room had flyscreens which I loved as we could let evening breeze in and it is very rare at the hotels. onsen area upstairs is beautiful and well maintained. great location and you can take a short cut to dogo honkan so it's basically right downstairs. we really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing hotel in a great location, right in the heart of Dogo Onsen. The staff and service are 5-star levels, the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and a live pianist in the lobby in the evening was the perfect way to unwind.

“Comfortable and convenient to explore Matsuyama city and Dogo in 2D1N”
Location, room size and comfort. There is a lift direct to the shopping streets, parking is also convenient at the hotel with a fee. We had the Zoo theme room and it was fun with all the cute stuffed toys.

Room was amazing for 3 of us. In room onsen as well as top floor onsen option. Breakfast was high quality was lots of variety. Staff were extremely professional and polite.

“Comfortable and pleasant stay”
Staff was helpful in guiding us to car park and bringing up luggage to the room. They are also conversant in English so communication was easy. Overall everyone was friendly. Location is best and the room was comfortable.

Comfortable room, nice view from the dining room and very good choice of food. Dinner is a mix of buffet and service at table. Both breakfast and diner buffet had large choice and good quality food. I loved the choice of fresh sushi and sashimi
