“Good location, does its job”

The room was very spacious, with the toilet separate from the bathtub/shower room. Close to the main shopping street and Matsuyama Castle.

The check in was smooth and the staff were friendly. Our room was a good size and the beds as well as the shower/bath and toilet were of a very good standard. The location is great for exploring Matsuyama and we would stay here again very happily.

The hotel demonstrates perfect hospitality with friendly prices. The room interior is classic and very cozy similar to the atmosphere of onsen hotel.

The room is well designed with separate bathroom and toilet. The wash basin is inside the room. Everything is clean. The breakfast has a large range of food variety and excellent quality. The staff are very courteous and helpful.

Hotel Vista is in a great location, easy access to the tram right out front, lots of places to eat and very close to the castle. Staff were kind and the room was clean.

“Good location”

Check in was smooth as butter and it was super easy to arrange for laundry. The location is good with two tram stops within walking distance and the castle just a stone's throw away (although be prepared for a steep incline if you choose to walk up). I went to the onsen both nights, so can't really comment on the bathroom situation, but I did like that there's a sliding door separating the entrance from the main sleeping area.

Easy to get around, castle behind so within walking distance, great supermarket over the rod (downstairs). Staff helpful with directions on public transport. Hired a car and went to the mountains, overnight parking g all around and nearby
