“Unhappy”
The carpet, walls, bathroom, chairs were all very dirty. Every other hotel we have stayed in in Japan at same price range have been spotlessly clean. We were in non smoking but the room and common areas stank of smoke

The location was really great. The staff were really great. The foyer was lovely. It was just a bit dated for the price. It was the most expensive place we chose the whole vacation. It's ok and comfortable.
