Great location near the city center (trams, nightlife, restaurants...). Opulent lobby. Great rooftop hot baths -- one inside, one outside!

I liked the location of the hotel, it was walking distance from the night life and restaurants. I like how secure the hotel is, making it feel quite safe, especially as a solo traveller.

Omg the pillow! I'm still looking for the brand! Typical hotel, everything was new, clean and well maintained. Really accessible. The Onsen was really good as well.

“Friendly, comfortable and convenient.”
The staff are all very kind. I was really impressed how friendly they were. Breakfast was ok, typical buffet fare. But dinner was really tasty! The hotel is within easy distance of the tram and buses.
