The location was great, 3 minutes from the dogo onsen station! The staff was very kind and let me store my luggage until check in so I could visit hands free.

It was so affordable and convenient for the 3 of us. The AC worked great, the bathroom was convenient and it was surprisingly nice to have a room in the separate building.

Very very cute guesthouse, japanese style and so central (~5 minutes away from Dogo Onsen and 2 minutes away from the tram station), but somehow in a very quite street, it's the absolute perfect location ! The staff was very nice, and the place very clean, we loved it !

Located right in the middle of the dogo onsen area of matsuyama, location is perfect. Able to stow bicycles in a garage.

“WinterRides”

The owner of this property is a kind-hearted gentleman. As my wife was admitted to hospital due to a bicycle accident the owner worked with me to extend my stay, first in the male dorm, then a private room when it came available. I was here for 11 days. At the end of my stay he also drove me and my two bicycles and luggage to the hotel as getting a large taxi can prove to be difficult. If you happen to be staying on a Saturday the host puts on a hot pot dinner for his guests for a small fee. It's an excellent dinner, with travelers from Japan, France, Canada and Australia at the table. It was a great experience. If you are traveling on a budget this Hostel is very well priced, clean and close to Matsuyama Castle, train station, the famous Dogs Onsen, Ishaniwa Shrine and so much more. Once again I have to show my appreciation for the hosts kinds and help. Domo arigato.

Minimalistic and pragmatic hostel, but awesome for that price! The beds have curtains to offer a little privacy, and each bed has its own power outlet and little lamp. Location is super convenient, too. Can recommend! Bring some ear plugs in case you share your room with snoring people. ;) (applies to any hostel)

Very nice guesthouse near Dogo Onsen. Place very clean and nice rooms. Host very friendly, easy check-in. I recommand this place to enjoy Matsuyama city!

“Live like a local in a Japanese home”

This accommodation provides travellers with an opportunity to stay in an authentic family home. It’s very conveniently located close to the station and Dojo Onsen. Although the busy shopping street is just around the corner, it is peaceful, quiet & comfortable. The property owner is very environmentally conscious so like-minded visitors will appreciate the kitchen composting & waste sorting. BYO towels, toothbrush & toothpaste.

It's was nice to be close to dogo onsen area.

Next to the Dogo Onsen and a lot of good restaurants, shops and bars! Small cozy Hostel, we got a 3 bed room for the 2 of us for a good price.

Very close to the Dogo Onsen. The toilet is pretty clean, without smell, and very well ventilated.

It was very convenient location for our travel. We liked it when they accept our luggage check in first which make us so easy to visiting the area for onsen. We had a unique experienced good old time property. people are very nice and kind.

It's very close to Dogo Onsen and Dogo Onsen Station, so it's convenient for those wanting to have a night or morning soak at the famous hot spring facility.

“Homey stay but not allowed to use the heaters!”

Quaint & basic homestay. Useful kitchen. Beds / pillows are super hard but I actually found them comfortable and they provide many quilts because they don’t allow you to use the heat from 10am-5pm. Area is very close to the 3 onsens; I tried them all! Free slippers to use. Homey feeling.
