Really nice overall, nice free rent of yukata/soap/towels for the onsen. Only downside was the lack of real windows in our room. Would book again tho. Staff was very polite and welcoming

Front Desk staff are friendly and helpful, I,have buy onsen ticket to Dogo Onsen, but too many visitors queued in the evening, and decided to give up the experience. They quickly cancelled the ticket, and we purchase onsen ticket to another onsen nearby. Bath amenities are provided free of charge including face mask. Offer free orange juice whereas you need to pay for at the shop, though just less varieties. They also offer free afternoon snacks and rice in soup in the evening.

Everything. The hotel had been designed very cleverly for a visit to the Dogo Onsen. The breakfast was excellent and the staff excellent too.

“Perfect stay!”
Perfect stay in Matsuyama! Staff is kind and welcoming, the amenities offered are countless: mandarin juice, free appetiser, beauty and vanity products. It is possible to purchase discounted onsen tickets at the reception. Parking available for 1000 ¥.

“Great experience!”
Great decoration and atmosphere, great breakfast, the staff was nice and helpful. The possibility to buy tickets for onsen directly at counter was also nice. Tasting the different types of orange juices was interesting too.

“Small rooms but good location”
Good location, less than 5 min walk to Dogo Onsen and the main drag of shops with so many dinner options. Orange juice on tap was nice.

“A beautiful and relaxing break”
The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious and the service impeccable. The free orange juice on tap in reception is also a nice touch! They also lend yukata and towels for visiting Dogo Onsen.

Very clean and comfortable. All facilities were updated and fresh. The orange juice provided on tap at reception was a nice touch.

Discounted tickets to Dogo Onsen, which is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Towel bar and orange on tap in the reception. Amenities bar includes face masks and mouthwash. Free supper of rice with dashi. Very clean hotel. You are required to remove your shoes before entering the room. Love the depth of the bathtub in the room.

“Excellent location and free use of yukatas!”
DogoYaya was excellently located walking distance to the two main onsens in town. There is a delightful shopping strip which includes lovely restaurants nearby and heaps of parking on site if you are driving. The hotel itself had great staff who did their very best to speak to us in English. The have a nice resting space in the lobby where you can have tea and coffee and free champaign during happy hour on the evening. They also provided yukatas complete with tabi socks and shows for us all to wear when we went to the onsen.
