Close to shops, the castle and ropeway. Tram stop was very close, so it was easy to get to Dogo Onsen and JR train station.

“Nice and friendly hotel with unexpected cool views.”
Unexpected views of Matsuyama Castle, though probably only from a certain floor (we stayed on 7th). Very clean hotel, friendly staff who can also help you in English if needed.

“A great little stop over.”
Very helpful staff, clean and attractive rooms, very close to lots of restaurants and karaoke. A 20 minute taxi ride to the airport which only cost 2800 yen.

“Excellent hotel”
Light and spacious rooms with pleasant decor, comfortable bed with crisp, fresh linen, good-sized bathroom with excellent shower. Friendly, helpful staff, good guest amenities eg washing machine/dryer (paying), microwave oven and vending machine. Great location, walking distance to the chairlift to Matsuyama Castle and close to supermarkets and restaurants. Trams to Dogo Onsen go right past the hotel. Really nice place to stay.

Possibly the best hotel I've stayed in. The room was immaculate, the bathroom was amazing and the facilities were first class. The beds were super comfortable and the location is very central with a tram stop outside

“Very convenient place to stay.”
It’s very clean. Location is great, very near to Matsuyama castle and the Okaido Shopping Street. It is tower parking, so you have to pass your car key to the staff. A little inconvenient, as we cannot just walk to car to retrieve or take things out.

The location is excellent, with Okaido highway bus stop and tram stop very close and walking distance to the castle. Easy tram rides to Dogo onsen and JR Matsuyama. Good shopping and restaurants close by. Plenty of amenities available from front desk area. Bathroom was spacious with tub and separate shower. Small table and 2 chairs good for relaxing. Very good service.
