“Great location great staff, lower the price get more parking options,”
Breakfast was excellent but the room was too small to handle all who wanted breakfast. We could only get breakfast 2 out of 5 mornings. It was golden week so crowds were to be expected. A better way is to lower the room cost and have people pay for meals they can actually get and enjoy.

“Perfect place to stay”
Excellent breakfast - an array of Japanese and Western dishes. There was also coffee and tea available throughout the day and into the evening. We were able to walk to the hotel from the station and walked to most places we wanted to visit in Matsuyama. The only exception was returning from the Dogo Onsen where we caught a tram back to the hotel. We also went to the same restaurant each night for dinner, just a few doors from the hotel (I think it was called Akari and it specialised in delicious seafood. They were so welcoming and friendly)

“A well-run city hotel”
A lovely and efficient hotel. The room was clean and well-equipped, the bed was comfortable and they had a good approach towards managing a busy breakfast time in the morning.

It feels new, because it's so clean and well maintained! Staff is very friendly and speaks more English than in other Japanese hotels. Breakfast is included.

Very good locations to train, tram and bus. The staff was extremely nice and some do go above and beyond. Even though I only stayed for 2 nights the room was cleaned each day which was. The bathroom is quite big compared to other hotels and the room also had loads of space. Also you can see which laundry is vacant from your room which is a bonus instead of having to go down and check.
