“Comfortable hotel”
Old school hotel with simple comfortable rooms. Also has free onsen for guests, onsite restaurant, work space, free drinks and amenities . Close to transport. Staff friendly. Does luggage storage

The hotel is very central, you can walk to anywhere. They provide everything you might need: towels, combs, razors, pajamas… The rooms have a bathtub, and there is also a very clean and nice public bath on the top floor, as well as a room with massage chairs. It’s a very good option for a good price.

“Great location, small but clean room, friendly staff”
Location is great, within a stone’s throw of Okaido shopping street and just 10 minutes on foot to the cable car station for the castle. It’s also only about a half-hour walk to Dogo Onsen in one direction and JR Matsuyama Station in the other.

“Great place to explore Matsuyama from”
The room had everything you needed, and it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Onsen was great, large and had a plunge pool and sauna too. There a free soft drinks dispenser on the ground floor and they are happy to store luggage. Breakfast was ok and a reasonable price. There’s a view of the castle from the breakfast room. The location is ok, near lots of eateries and a short walk to bus and tram stops.

Basic but comfortable room in a convenient location; easy walking distance from shops, restaurant, streetcar, and Matsuyama City station. Excellent value for the price.

“Overall the hotel is not bad.”
The hotel is walkable to a lot of places eg: public transportation ,shops, restaurants and Matsuyama castle etc… breakfast in the hotel is valued for money.

The location is excellent, as it’s situated within the Okaido shopping arcade. Great value for money, and it’s nice that you get a refund at checkout if you don’t use the cleaning service during long stays. Being able to use the large public bath every day is also a big plus. A perfect accommodation overall.

“A really enjoyable stay”
The room had everything that you need and even more. The amenities bar, the free drinks, the baths and the laundry were very enjoyable. The hotel is close to restaurants and shops, as it is close to train, tram and bus stations. The staff was nice and professional.

“A wonderful budget hotel in the heart of Matsuyama”
A clean and quite cozy hotel in the city's tourist epicenter. A typical Japanese chain hotel. Nothing fancy — just the essentials. But considering the price compared to other hotels of the same type, it's an excellent option.
