“Reliable stay in comfort with all facilities”
It is a very big hotel, and also very spacious. That does make the feel less cosy. Very welcoming to kids. Great breakfast buffet. The onsen was really good, both indoors and outdoors. Room and its facilities were great. Very nice to have a lounge with some free drinks in the evening.

“A lovely experience, much enjoyed.”
Breakfast and Dinner were very good. Onsen was excellent. Afternoon drinks was a really nice touch. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

“Nice and Peaceful place to stay”
From checking in to checking out the process was excellent. All relevant information was provided verbal and written on a hotel brochure in English and Japanese. Buffet breakfast and dinner were included in the price and buffets were very good. Location from Takenouchi station was about 800 metres from the hotel. The onsen was very good. There was welcoming drinks 🍸 from 1400hrs to 2300hrs. In the morning there was soft drinks and coffee. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The hotel did provide a shuttle service to the Matsushima station at certain times.

Spacious room, great view, nice walk around the place, good food, ( and lots of free alcohol if you can tolerate it). It was a fun place to be at. Nice atmosphere. A wide selection at dinner and breakfast buffet
