The hotel is central to downtown and close to public transportation. It is surrounded by bars and cafes and is close to the Aeon Mall. The catering staff did a good job providing good breakfast service and there was plenty to eat. The reception staff were helpful with extra requests and were always willing to go the extra mile.

“Perfect in Masumoto”
The location is perfect, right between the castle, old streets, and the station. The staff were lovely and the rooms comfortable. I'm gluten and dairy free and the breakfast staff helped me identify what foods would be suitable.

Conveniently located, just a short walk from the station. We all really enjoyed the breakfast as there was a large selection of Japanese foods, with something different each day. The rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
