--polite and helpful staff. --highway bus Matsumoto station is just opposite the hotel , JR Matsumoto station is nearby. very convenient. -- Nice Japanese local breakfast & variety choices on different days.

Those beds are so uncomfortable and you had to check yourself in and out on a machine. The staff don’t do much.

The location is fantastic short walk from the main station, opposite to the main bus station. Matsumoto castle is a 15-minute walk, in fact, all sights are within 15 minutes walk. Washing machine costs ¥200. Best of all, breakfast is included.

“Enough for layover”
Decent hotel as expected, all rooms come with free breakfast, free amenities that you have to collect on your own, located right in front of the bus terminal. Overall a good layover hotel.
