“Great value for money with regards to location, staff and facilities. I would book here again.”
The cleaning staff were very thorough. Having read previous negative reviews, I almost cancelled my stay just before I arrived. However, I am glad I didn't. Instead, when I was there I found the facilities good, the staff were attentive, and the infrastructure was clean and more than acceptable.

“Pleasant stay”

Excellent location directly opposite Matsumoto station and bus terminal so close to transport. Plenty of food options nearby. We didn't use the breakfast buffet but did use the free drinks in the evening from their 10th floor with city views

“Great location and reception; very small rooms.”
The location across the road from the railway station was awesome. The reception area was very good and the breakfast room had a wonderful view over Matsumoto and the mountains. The breakfast was plentiful.
