“My 1st stay with Onyado group and most certainly will return for more”
Room was well designed and good size for 2 of us. Feels new and is very clean. Breakfast spread was wonderful. Onsen was also well equipped. Enjoyed the comfort of dining in with the yukata provided and the barefoot concept. Staff was friendly and helpful and communicated well in English.

The whole hotel is very clean and covered by TaTami. So no street shoes are allowed once past the entrance area. All other things you would expect in a decent Japanese hotel. They also take good care of luggage delivery.

“Overall a great stay”
Japanese breakfast was good. We love the Onsen in the hotel. Room was great and clean except the bad smell at the wash basin.

Super clean! Since all guests must take off their shoes at the entrance, the whole hotel feels clean and calm.

“Best hotel in Matsumoto!”
Lovely aesthetic with tatami-style flooring in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Great selection of welcome drinks in the foyer. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Onsen was great, beautiful baths and changing area. They offered stickers to cover tattoos. Parking was simple and they had an overflow parking area behind the hotel.

“Great Hotel”
Great service. Onsen is good and breakfast is delicious. Free drinks and ice cream after bath. Location is good, near train and bus station. Room are big enough than most hotel.

the hotel was excellent as experienced with similar Japanese hotels. The location and Onsen were also excellent. If visiting Matsumoto again I would not hesitate to use this hotel

“Spacious, clean, convenient, quiet.”
Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean, as was the entire hotel. Its location close to the station is very convenient, but it is still quiet. The “old” quarter and the castle are a short an pleasant walk away, around 15 minutes.
