Everything was fine!

have free bicycles you can taken. overall clean, cheap and no frills. they have couple rooms with attached private bathroom, else you take to capsule beds

I was surprised to see the room was just enough for two people. There was still space to open 2 luggages. The bed was comfortable enough for two people to sleep. What I like most was the everyday refill of water, coffee and teas, new towels, toiletries and slippers even when the room only gets cleaned once in our one week stay. It’s very near from the bus station and the JR/metro station. It is a very good value for money. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is situated close to the Matsumoto Bus Terminal and Matsumoto Station, just across from a few konbinis like Family Mart and Lawson. It is situated on the 6th floor but it has an elevator. The check in process in simple, they gave me a map and a set of instructions. They explained where everything is in English. They gave us a Yukata and a locker key. There is also a coin laundry room, a sento and shower room. As well as a working space with free water. They provided us toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving knife, as well as other toiletries such as towels and a small towel for the sento. The checkout process is easy, just give the locker key to the receptionist. The capsule itself is quite spacious. Below the Hotel M Matsumoto is a great stationery store. Spent a lot of time and money there.

It was very near the central station, so easy navigating around. Sufficient amenities, and closed sleeping and showering for female guests.

Very good location, just around the corner where our bus from Takayama stopped. I liked the small public bath which was open for men both in the morning and the evening. The room is not huge, but bigger than others we had in this price category in Japan and included a private bathroom. I think the value for the price is very good!

It is very convenient inside the department store building with stationary and daiso in the same building. Convenient store is in steps. Not superbly high variety of restaurant as we arrive a bit late but still not lack of. Family room has private bathroom which might not be super clearly stated but it has. Decent clean room. Did not have sparkling feeling but it did its work well. Room is kinda spacious.

Centrally located, wide range of facilities, helpful staff, clean and quiet. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

It was nice and bit of an upgrade to a normal capsule hotel I guess as stayed in one of the bigger options.

Good location in the town but accessing the actual hotel a bit of an issue. Room fine but of course very small. The communal area where you could heat and eat eg supermarket food was very useful.

Clean , cosy and comfortable

The hotel room was spacious, everything spotless and near to train station, bus terminal and near Alpico plaza for shopping and food. We stay in this hotel for Alpine Route and Kamikochi trip and also Matsumoto Castle
